Ingredients

1 cup butter softened (I use 1/2

2 cups white sugar

2 eggs beaten

1 tsp vanilla

2 1/2 cups mashed bananas

(the ones from the freezer that are going bad - about 5)

3 cups flour

2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp baking soda

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 pkg (300g) semi-sweet choc chips

Preparation

Heat over to 350. Cream together butter, sugar, and eggs until smooth. Add vanilla and bananas. Sift togethr flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix with banana mixture and sour cream. Pour half the batter into a greased 13x9 cake pan. Combine cinnamon and brown sugar and sprinkle over batter. Add half of chips. Add rest of batter and remaining brown sugar mixture and chips. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until done.
