Ingredients
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 cups karo light syrup
1/4 teaspoon coloring
2 cinnamon sticks
6 apples
Preparation
Place in top pf double boiler. Cook over direct heat until hard crack stage of 300 degrees. Place top of double boiler over bottom that has water boillling in it. Turn 6 apples on skewerers in mixture. Let harden on greased cookie sheet
