Ingredients

1 pkg Pistachio pudding

1 pkg yellow cake mix

1/2 tsp almond extract

4 eggs

1 1/4 c. water

1/4 c. oil

7 drops green food color

Preparation

Combine and blend, beat at medium for 2 min. Grease & flour tube pan. Bake at 350 for 50-55 min. Cool 15 min and remove to rack to cool. Dust with powder sugar or drizzle with light sugar glaze.
