Ingredients
2/3 cup boiling water (do not add cold water)
1 (3 ounce) package of JELL-O gelatin, any flavor
Cooking spray
Preparation
Add water to gelatin mix; stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Pour into a jigglers mold or a shallow pan coated with cooking spray (once the JELL-O has set up, you can use cookie cutters to make fun shapes).
Refrigerate for 3 hours, or until firm.
Dip the bottom of the mold or pan in warm water for 15 seconds; invert onto a plate. Shake mold or pan gently to remove jigglers. Keep refrigerated.
