Ingredients

1 med head white cabbage

1 bell pepper

1 lg onion

1/2 c oil

1/2 vinegar

1/2 c sugar

1 tbs dry mustard

1 tbs celery seed or salt

1 tbs salt

1/4 tbs pepper

Preparation

chop cabbage, bell pepper, and onion and put in large bowl. heat remaining ingredients until sugar is dissolved. let fully cool and pour over cabbage mixture. set in fridge overnight; mix a few times before serving.
