Ingredients

3/4 cup fat free sour cream

1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise

2 tablespoons fresh basil

1/3 cup prepared horseradish

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon paprika

salt and pepper to taste

1 pound salmon fillets

1 tablespoon cumin

1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon dry mustard

Preparation

In a bowl mix sour cream, mayonnaise and horseradish. Once mixed add lemon juice, soy sauce, paprika and basil. Mix thoroughly. Chill for 1 hour and serve. While sauce chills mix cumin, paprika, salt, pepper and dry mustard together and rub over salmon. Preheat grill. Put salmon on grill, skin side down and grill for 8-10 minutes depending upon thickness of fillets. Remove from grill, let sit 5 minutes. Serve with secret sauce.
