Ingredients

20 jalapenos

8 oz cream cheese

.5 lb cooked bacon crumbled

1 lb sausage

1.5 c bisquick

2 eggs beaten

1 pkg pork shake n bake

Preparation

mix together uncooked sausage and bisquick for coating. stuff peppers w cream cheese bacon mixture. coat w sausage mixture; they’ll be like mini footballs. dip in egg mixture, then coat in shake n bake. bake at 325 for 30-40 min.
