Ingredients

31/2 pounds chicken pieces skinned

450 gms yogurt

3 medium onions chopped

2 tsp garlic paste

3 tbsp oil

1 tsp ginger paste

3 tbsp cumin seeds

1/2 bunch coriander leavesw chopped

green chilies chopped to taste

salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix yogrut, garlic ginger, green chilies salt, 11/2 tbsp cumin seeds, half coriander leaves Marinte chicken overnight. Remove chicken and fry inoil. Place chicken in oven-proof dish. Lightly fry the remaining cumin seeds in the same oil and add onions. Fry for a few minutes. Add yoghurt marinade and cook over low 10 minutes. Pour over chicken. Cokk in oven at 350 fro 15 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
