Potatoes (boiled)

Cumin seeds

Salt

red chilli powder (Cayenne)

Turmeric

coriander powder

vegetable oil

Preparation

Dice the boiled potatoes into small pieces. Keeping the peel on is completely upto you. Tastes great either way.

To start, heat the oil in a skillet, When hot, add the cumin seeds and let them splatter. You might want to cover it to prevent them from flying all over the place. Once they’re done popping, add the potatoes and stir them to coat with oil. Now add the remaining spices-salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder. Stir for a couple minutes and take them off the heat.

Serve with rotis.
