Ingredients

1 lb Small white Beans

1 onion diced

3/4 lb salt pork

1 tsp dry mustard

1/2 cup molasses

1/4 cup ketchup

salt & pepper

1/2 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Soak beans overnight Rince and boil in salted water until skin blows off Cool under cold running water Place beans and ingredients in slow cooker and cover with water. Cook for 6-8 hours. Add sweet ingredients to taste near end of cooking time.
