Ingredients

1.5 cups whole grain flour

1.5 tsp. baking powder

.5 tsp. baking soda

dash of sea salt

2 TB. sugar

1 TB. oil

1.5 cup buttermilk

1 egg

1 egg white

2-3 cups blueberries

Preparation

Mix together dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. When on griddle, drop lots of blueberries onto each pancake.
