Ingredients

1 Small - Medium Chicken

1 Tsp Pepper

1 Tsp Salt

Olive Oil

2 Cloves of Garlic crushed

3 Sprigs Rosemary broken apart

Juice from 2 Lemons

1 Tbsp prepared Mustard

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp Paprika

1/2 Cup Beer

Preparation

Keep 1 of the Lemons after squeezing.

Rub the outside of the Chicken with Olive Oil, Pepper, Salt and crushed Garlic. Mix remaining ingredients together to make marinade. Marinate Chicken for at least 4 hours (or overnite)

Preheat oven to 350. Put Chicken with marinade in covered dish. Put 2 lemon halves inside body of chicken and cook covered for 1 Hour. Uncover chicken and continue cooking until golden on the outside basting often.
