Ingredients
1/2 cup coarsely chopped onion
1/2 cup coarsely chopped carrot
2 Tsp cup coarsely chopped celery
1 1/2 tsp minced ginger1 1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp tomato paste
dash of hot pepper sauce
salt/pepper to taste
Preparation
Puree first four ingredients. add the rest and blend well season to taste with salt and pepper
refrigerate leftovers
