Ingredients
150g Spaghetti
2 tbl spoon of Vegetable oil
1 tbl spoon of Butter
1/2 onion
1 clove of garlic, minced
50g Shiitake mushrooms
50g Bunashimeji mushrooms
25g of Spinach
2 tbl spoons of Soy sauce
2 tsp of Garam masala
2 tsp of chilli powder
30g of Paneer
Preparation
- Boil water
- While the water is boiling prepare onion by dicing, mushrooms by washing and chopping into bite-size pieces and spinach by washing
- Put spaghetti into boiling water and boil for 10-15 minutes
- Turn the gas to medium and in the pan add vegetable oil, garlic and butter. (WARNING: Do not letter garlic turn brown!)
- Add onions and cook until translucent
- Add mushrooms and spinach and mix
- Add soy sauce, garam masala and chilli powder
- Drain pasta and put into pan with the rest of the ingredients
- Turn the gas to low heat and mix thoroughly 10 Put the mixture on the plate and top with grated paneer and a pinch of chilli powder before serving
