Ingredients
300g chicken thigh fillets
pinch salt
pinch pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
1.5 tbs white wine
1.5 tbs soy sauce
1.5 tsp sugar
1.5 tbs flour
1.5 tbs corn flour
Preparation
Cut chicken to decent bite-sized pieces.
Add generous pinch of salt and pepper and mix with hands.
Add chopped/minced garlic and ginger, white wine, soy, sugar. Mix with hands
Add flour. Mix with hands.
cover bowl with glad wrap and let stand in fridge for at least 30mins.
Add cornflour. Mix with hands.
Deep fry in 170C oil.
Serve wrapped in fancy lettuce, or with rice and Japanese Mayonnaise.
