Ingredients
Egg-2
Water-30ml
Soy sauce-1/2 tsp
Salt-pinch
Fish broth powder-1/4 tsp
Seaweed-1 pc
Sliced cheese-3 pc
Preparation
- Stir the eggs
- Mix water and other liquid ingredients with the egg
- Add a tablespoon of oil in a non-stick saucepan
- Pour a very thing layer of egg mixture
- Put the seaweed on top of the egg piece
- Fold the edges into a rectangle egg roll
- move the egg rectangle to the top of the saucepan
- repeat step 3~7 to add more layers to the egg roll
- When all the egg mixture is half-solid, remove from saucepan and let cool. Cut and serve.
