Ingredients
1 c. sour cream
3 T. dillweed
minced onion
1 c. mayonnaise
2 T. parsley
15 oz. salmon
Preparation
Mix together all ingredients except salmon. Chill 2 hours or overnight. Put a can of salmon in the refrigerator at the same time. Drain salmon and debone. Break it up on a platter. Top with dill spread. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve with crackers.
