Ingredients
Dressing:
9 Tsp sugar
6 Tsp soy sauce
3 Tsp sesame seed oil
3/4 cup salad oil
3 Tsp rice vinegar
6 Tsp sesame seeds
Salad:
4 heads Hearts of romaine lettuce - shredded
½ Head Cabbage - shredded
4 stalks Green onions - chopped
1 bunch Cilantro - chopped
8 oz Slivered almonds - toasted in oven
1 whole Roasted chicken (Safeway) - skinned, deboned & shredded
½ Pkg Wonton skins (cut into 1/4 inch strips and lightly deep fried)
Preparation
Combine dressing ingredients and shake well (fits into Good Seasons shaker) Alternative: Cha Cha Chicken Salad Dressing (available at Trader Joe’s or Safeway)
Combine all salad ingredients and toss with dressing
