Ingredients
3-4 stalks celery
1 onion
1/2 c. yellow raisins (up to 1 cup, depending on taste preference)
1 loat (1 lb.) challah, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 stick unsalted butter
2 eggs
Preparation
saute celery and onion in oil or extra butter until onion is translucent Toss with bread cubes stir in beaten eggs season with salt and pepper
Put in casserole dish and bake at 350 for 40 minutes or so. If it start to brown towards the end, cover with foil.
