cooked shrimp and/or thin-sliced cooked pork
tapioca paper
lettuce
rice noodles
mint
peanut sauce:
hoisen
water
peanut butter
sugar
corn starch
top with chopped peanuts
Preparation
cut cooked shrimp into 1/2’s, and/or thin-slice cooked pork reconstitute tapioca paper in warm water before completely soft roll with lettuce, cooked rice noodles, and mint
serve with peanut sauce
