A Cantaloupe melon

A kiwi

A slice of honeydew

150 gr. of Vda Jambon de Bosses PDO raw ham

Nut kernels

Brown bread

Preparation

Cut the Cantaloupe in two halves, remove the seeds and cut the rest in cubes. Cut the honeydew slice and the kiwi in cubes. Add the Cantaloupe cubes, the honeydew ones, the kiwi ones, ham and kernels in a bowl, mix it all and put it in the hollow melon half. Serve the dish right away with shreds of brown bread.
