Ingredients
2 T lemon juice
2 T lime juice
1 T dijon mustard
1 jalapeno seeded and finely chopped
1 garlic clove finely chopped
2 tsp chicken flavor instant boulillion or 2 cubes
1/2 tsp dried ground cumin
1/2 tsp dried thyme
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
Preparation
Combine all in a plastic bag, add chicken and marinate for 2-4 hours. Remove chicken, discard marinade, grill chicken.
