Ingredients

2.75 oz. red pepper, diced

2 oz. onion, diced

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp each of thyme and allspice

1/2 tsp each of black pepper and cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

2 tsp brown sugar

5 drops hot sauce

1 dried chili, crushed

Preparation

combine all ingredients with a hand blender until mixed into a thick paste. Can use as a merinade or brush onto meat before grilling
