Ingredients
16 jalepenos sliced lengthwise with seeds and membranes removed
4oz light cream cheese,
1 cup tofu cheddar cheese grated,
2 tbsp fat free mayonnaise,
1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp water,
1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
Preparation
Cream cheddar cheese, cream cheese and the mayonnaise together. Fill the jalepenos with creamed cheese, dip in egg water mixture, roll in the cornflakes and bake @ 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until baked through.
Yummy-these will disappear by the dozen!
