Ingredients
You’ll need:
2 cups finely chopped Jalapeno Peppers (not jarred)
Low-Fat Mayonnaise (Cold)
Ranch Powder Mix (S.A. Hidden Valley)
Buttermilk
1 cup Low-Fat white milk
Sea Salt and Garlic Powder, Parsley, Cilantro,
and Lemon Pepper.
1 cup melted low-fat butter
1 Fresh lime
Preparation
Here’s What To Do:
In a small saucepan, combine 2 cups finely chopped Jalapeno peppers (omit seeds), 1 cup low-fat melted butter, 1 cup low-fat white milk & seasonings and squeeze out fresh lime juice.
Simmer on low-medium heat, stirring constantly and slowly.
When simmer starts, cover with glass lid. In a separate bowl, follow directions on Hidden Valley Ranch Mix Packet.
Make sure the mayonnaise has been fridged for at least 4 hours.
Turn off heat to Jalapeno’s. Add jalapenos into bowl and stir together well immediately.
Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours.
Garnish with lime wedge and parsley.
Serve with salads, vegetables, and meats or as a great dip!
