Ingredients

12-15 Med.-Lg.Jalapeno peppers

1 - 8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)

2 lbs. - Spicy Italian Sausage (bulk)

1 lb - Thick Slab Bacon

Preparation

  • Split and core seeds from peppers. Make sure to just split, not slicing completely through pepper.
  • Cook bulk sausage until browned. Drain grease.
  • Mix sausage with softened cream cheese in medium bowl.
  • Stuff mixture into split peppers.
  • Wrap a strip of bacon around stuffed peppers and secure with tooth pick.
  • Cook on grill over Medium heat for 12-15 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
