Ingredients
12-15 Med.-Lg.Jalapeno peppers
1 - 8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
2 lbs. - Spicy Italian Sausage (bulk)
1 lb - Thick Slab Bacon
Preparation
- Split and core seeds from peppers. Make sure to just split, not slicing completely through pepper.
- Cook bulk sausage until browned. Drain grease.
- Mix sausage with softened cream cheese in medium bowl.
- Stuff mixture into split peppers.
- Wrap a strip of bacon around stuffed peppers and secure with tooth pick.
- Cook on grill over Medium heat for 12-15 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
