Ingredients

40-45 jalapeno peppers - medium sized

1 cup flour

2 1/2 cups water

6 c. sugar

2 c. yellow mustard

4 cups cider vinegar

Preparation

Grind jalapeno peppers in food processor with seeds. Combine all ingredients and boil in a large saucepan for approximately 40 minutes. Sitr frequently. Place in canning jars and seal lids in a hot water bath for 60 minutes. Let cool. Enjoy!
