Ingredients
3c. frozen whole kernel corn
1 1/2c. chicken broth
1c. milk or cream
1 or 2 fresh jalapenos
1/4 roasted sweetned sweet pepppers
1/2c. cheese
Preparation
BLEND half corn/half broth in blender.
IN saucepan cornbine remaining broth and corn.
STIR in milk, all peppers (chopped ) and heat through.
Top with cheese
