Ingredients
3-1/2 c whole kernel frozen corn
1 stick butter
8 oz cream cheese
6 oz evaporated milk
1/4 c all purpose flour
small can jalapenos, deiced and drained
salt
Preparation
Whisk butter and cream cheese until smooth after heating approximately 3-4 min in microwave. Add milk and then flour whisking after each. Stir in jalapenos and sprinkle with salt. Pour over corn that has been placed into a 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 45 min, until bubbly, but not brown on top
