Ingredients

1 bunch of cilantro

4 Jalapeno (hot)

2 Red peppers (mild)

1/2 White onion

1 clove of garlic

1 Tbs Lime juice

1 Tbs Lemon juice

1/2 cup of water

Pinch salt and pepper

Preparation

Grill the Jalapeno and red Peppers whole until they get a mild char on them. Cut and seed them, scraping the white mild out of the pepper (if you don’t do this the sauce will be far too HOT!). In a blender add cilantro, grilled peppers, onion, garlic, Lemon and lime juice, and water. Blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place in the fridge over night to let the flavors mellow together and enjoy the next day. Healthy and awesome
