Ingredients
Step One:
6 jalapenos
1 onion
10 Chicken breasts
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp Cumin
1 tbsp Chicken broth
Step Two:
1 can cr. Chicken soup
1 pkg frozen spinach
1 tsp salt
Step Three:
500 ml sour cream
Step four:
450 g bag tex mex cheese
350 g bag bite size tostitos
Preparation
Turn oven on to 350 Fry Step one in oil, then add step two. Simmer for ten minutes then add step three. Layer 1/2 sauce in a 9x13 pan; put a layer of chips and cheese. Then add another layer of sauce then chips and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes
