dried apricots

Preparation
salt and pepper shanks,than brown in pot.and remove in same pot saute onions, garlic, leaks and celery.
add spices cook 2 min
add cans tomates and puree
add lamb shanks and carrots
cover and bake at 350 for 2.5- 3 hrs
- last half hour add mushrooms and apricots
