Ingredients

1 can corn (drained)

1 can creamed corn (undrained)

1 pkg corn muffin mix (8.5oz)

1/2C butter (melted)

2 eggs sl beaten

1C sour cream

1C cheddar cheese, shredded or grated

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350`

Use 9x13 ungreased pan. Set aside shredded cheese, and mix remaining ingredients and pour into pan. Bake 15-20 minutes, sprinkle top with cheese and bake 20 or more minutes until cheese looks crusty.

Serve hot.
