Ingredients

6 salmon steaks

1 cup pineapple juice

1/2 cup sweet BBQ sauce (such as KC Masterpiece)

2 Tbsp. Jack Daniels whiskey

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except salmon and put into gallon size Ziploc bag. Add salmon steaks and marinate in refrigerator for 2-6 hours. Drain salmon and discard marinade. Put steaks on hot grill sprayed with non-stick coating. (Be sure to spray before turning on grill so it won’t flame up.) Cook for 4-5 minutes per side turning only once. Done when flakes easily with fork.
