Ingredients
4 center cut pork tenderloin pork chops
1 orange
2 tbls olive oil
1/2 cup jack daniels
sage
salt
pepper
Preparation
heat oil in skillet to hot rub chops with salt, pepper, and sage on each side sear pork chops on each side to seal in juices then squeeze 1/2 orange on each side and heat 5 minutes to carmelize then add jack daniels to skillet and heat chops 5 minutes each side. remove pork chops and continue to simmer juices until reduced by half. add gravy to pork chops and serve
