Ingredients

19oz(540 ml)can white kidney beans,drained and rinsed

1tbsp(15ml) lemon juice

1 glove garlic

1tbsp(15ml) olive oil

1/2tsp(2ml)dried oregano

1/2tsp(2ml) salt

1/4tsp(1ml) black pepper

1tbsp(15ml) finely chopped parsley

Preparation

In a blender ,combine everything but the parsley;blend until smooth transfer to a bowl,and sprinkle with chopped parsley.(serve with raw veggies,pita crisps or bread sticks,)
