Ingredients

4 large carrots

1 large zucchini

1 1/2 cups of chicken

1 teaspoon of chopped italian seasoning

salt to taste

8 cups chicken broth

Preparation

Dice the carrots and cook in broth for 15 minutes. Dice the zucchini and add to the carrots and broth. Then, put in 1 tsp chopped italian seasoning and 1 1/2 cup chicken. Cook another 15 minutes. Salt to taste. Serve about 2 cups into each bowl, and voila!
