Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey

1/2 cup spaghetti sauce

1/3 cup finely chopped onion

1/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

2 1 ounce slices mozzerella, cut in half

Preparation

Combine turkey, sauce, onion, breadcrumbs, cheese and parsley. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping into 1/2 thick patties. Cook, add cheese at the end.
