cup orange juice

cup olive oil

(6-oz.) cans water-packed solid white tuna, drained, flaked

(6-oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained

(2 1/4-oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained

1/4

cup coarsely chopped red onion

medium seedless orange, peeled, coarsely chopped

cups shredded romaine lettuce

Preparation

In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; mix well.

In medium bowl, combine tuna, artichoke hearts, olives, onion and orange; toss gently to mix.

Arrange lettuce on serving platter; top with tuna mixture. Drizzle dressing over salad.
