Ingredients
2 tablespoons oil olive
1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 bunch celery, chopped
1 tin mushrooms (juice & all)
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1 large tin of tomatoes
1 small tin pimentos, chopped
2 tablespooons vinegar
1 bay leaf
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
pinch cayanne pepper
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
brown the ground beef in olive oil, add the onion and celery and cook until transparent. Stir in the remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 hours.
