Ingredients

1 1/2 # Italian Sausage

3 Garlic cloves - finely chopped

2 Onions - chopped

1 Lg can whole tomatoes

4 beef bouillon cubes

4 cups water - Boiling

1/2 cup dry white wine

1/2 T chopped Basil

3 T finely chopped Parsley

1 md Green pepper - chopped

2-3 zucchini - sliced

Preparation

De-skin sausage and slice appx. and saute. Once browned, drain and add the next 5 ingredients in order and cook 30 minutes or longer. Add remaining ingredients and cook until zucchini is tender
