Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground pork

1 1/2 tsp. salt

3 1/2 tsp. paprika

2/3 tsp. granulated garlic (or powder)

1/3 tsp fennel seed

1 tsp. black pepper

1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)

Preparation

Measure all spices together in small container and blend them. Add to the meat. For best overall flavor, mix sausage several hours before using.
