Ingredients

1 head Iceburg lettece, chopped

1 cucumber peeled and sliced

2 tomatoes, chopped

3/4 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon dried basil

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 clove garlic, pressed

3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, finely grated

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving. Serves 8.
