2-3 CLOVES OF GARLIC
OLIVE OIL
3-4 BAY LEAVES
HOT PEPPER FLAKES

Preparation
COMBINE 2/3 VOLUME OF WATER AND 1/3 VINEGAR AND SALT. BOIL POTATOES UNTIL TENDER DRAIN THE POTAT0ES
IN A SAUCE PAN, ADD OIL GARLIC BAY LEAVES AND HOT PEPPER FLAKES SAUTE UNTIL FRAGRANT. DO NOT BURN THE GARLIC.
ADD POTATOES AND TOSS TO COAT PLACE POTATOES ON A PLATTER OR DISH, SPRINKLE CHOPPED PARSLEY ALL OVER. SERVE IMMEDIATELY
