medium russet potatoes, unpeeled, cut lengthwise into 8 wedges

teaspoons olive or vegetable oil
1/4
teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/8
teaspoon salt
1/8
teaspoon garlic powder
1/8
teaspoon paprika

to 3 tablespoons shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
Preparation
GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. Cut 14-inch-square sheet of heavy-duty foil. Place potatoes in center. In small bowl, combine oil, Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder and paprika. Drizzle over potatoes; stir gently to coat. Wrap securely using double-fold seals.
Place foil packet on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals. Cook 30 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Remove packet from grill; open packet. Stir gently; sprinkle with cheese. Return packet to grill; cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
