Ingredients

4 oz spicy sausage

4 oz ground beef

2 shallots, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 1/2 cups italian bread crumbs

1 egg, beaten

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

olive oil

black pepper

Preparation

  1. Remove the skis from the sausages and place mean in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and generously salt and pepper.
  3. Shape into 6-8 large meatballs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat until all sides are browned. Transfer to a 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes until meatballs are cooked through.
