Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
1 cup of flour
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Mix meat in a bowl. Add the egg, breadcrumbs, and seasonings. Grabbing a handful of meat begin to roll between palms until in a ball. Roll meatball into the flour.
Add olive oil to frying pan. Wait until hot begin adding meatballs. Fry until dark brown.
Remove from oil when cooked.
