Ingredients
1 cup chopped onions
1 pound ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 1lb 12 oz diced tomatoes
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1/4 cup snipped parsley
1 tbs. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. MSG
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 bay leaf
Preparation
Combine onion, meat, and garlic; cook until meat is brown and onion it tender; Skim off excess fat; add remaining ingredients and 2 cups water. Simmer uncovered 3 hours or until thick; Remove Bay Leaf
