Ingredients
The whole zest of a lemon
1 1/2 tsp. of minced garlic
1/4 c of panko break crumbs
2 pinches of Salt
fresh ground black pepper
1/4 c of gorgonzola cheese
Preparation
Blend the ground lamb with the chopped parsley Lemon zest and season with salt and pepper. Add panko bread crumbs and the grated gorgonzola cheese and mix thoroughly. Form the ground lamb mixture into a standard meatloaf shape. Coat the roasting pan with olive oil. Cook at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
