Ingredients
1/4 lb deli sliced prosciutto
1 lb fresh mozarella balls (mini)
1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted
1/4 medium red onion, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup prepared basil pesto
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 C shredded parmesean
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup pinion nuts
Optional: Mixed Salad Greens
Preparation
cut sliced prosciutto into strips and place in mixing bowl
Add mozarella, olives, onion and cherry tomatoes, pesto and red pepper flakes.
Toss.
Top with parmesean, fresh ground black pepper and pinion nuts.
Serve on mixed salad greens if desired.
